Do you sell internationally?

Due to increasing costs, as well as an increase in lost and damaged packages we will no longer be shipping internationally.

What is your return policy?

Returns must be received within 14 days. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless accompanied with a valid customer complaint due to error in order or damaged product.

How soon will my order ship?

Most orders ship the next business day after placing the order.

What do you charge for shipping?

Can I combine a web purchase with auctions won on ebay to save on shipping?

You sure can. When you place your order please make a note in the message box on the order form that you would like to combine with an ebay auction. We will recalculate your total and email you directly with the amount due.

How do I pay for my order using Paypal?

You can click on the Paypal link to send the funds. You can send the funds directly from Paypal to Procraftr2@aol.com. If we have not received a Paypal payment and you selected Paypal as your method of payment we will send you a Paypal request for payment.

What should I do if I want to pay by personal check?

You can either print out the order form, fill it in, and mail it with your check, or you can use the shopping cart on the website and select "check" as payment type. You should then go ahead and mail your check with a note in the memo area that it is for a web order.

What do I do if I want insurance on my package?

All packages mailed priority mail are mailed with delivery confirmation. If you would like insurance please make a note of it in the message area and we will email you back with a new total including the required insurance.

Do you back order?

At this time we do not do back orders. If an item is out of stock we will make every effort to make a notation on your order of the date we expect it in stock so you can decide if you would like to reorder the item at that time.

Why am I paying Procraftr2@aol.com when I pay Paypal?

Procraftr2@aol.com is our user address for Paypal.


Do you sell wholesale?

We do offer most of our items at wholesale pricing. To qualify for wholesale pricing you must have a current sales tax license on file with us.

How can I get a wholesale price list?
